Michael Jaco had an active life growing up in Columbia, SC. playing sports with friends and participating in Summer Leagues and High School Sports like Soccer and Football. When he joined the US Navy he started his career as a Deep Sea Hard Hat Diver then quickly went on to Navy SEAL BUD/S Training with Class 116. After serving in different commands including the Premiere SEAL Team 6 he established himself as a trend setter creating new courses like the first Combat Swimmer Course, Climbing Course, 12 week long Close Quarter Combat Course and 30 day Combat Fighting Course among many others. Throughout Michael's 24 Year career in the SEAL Teams and then later with the CIA for 11 Years he was constantly in Combat training or in Combat Zones on Top Secret Missions. Learning to adapt his physique to different environments and radically different foods over time has been a level of mastery that Michael intends to pass on to others. While traveling and adapting to different food Michael was still able to focus his physique and compete in several bodybuilding competitions over the years and always brought home a trophy and sometime several awards at physique competitions. As a Master Trainer in the military and an expert intuitive with vast knowledge over half a century of experience Michael brings his combined wisdom to offer the ultimate course in developing and maintaining health over your entire lifetime.
